A self-guided trauma recovery programme helping women rebuild through a structured seven-step framework. Victoria's voice walking with you. Your own time, your own pace, your own honest page.
The Tunnel at Home is a self-guided trauma recovery programme for women who are ready to understand, process and rebuild after trauma through a structured seven-step framework. Designed for women healing after trauma, life-changing adversity or the emotional impact of chronic illness.
This is not a summary of the framework. It is the framework, delivered to you privately, at your own pace, at a time of your choosing.
You will receive the participant workbook, seven companion guides and, depending on the tier you choose, video sessions where Victoria walks alongside you through every exercise.
This is the same work that happens in the room. The difference is that you are the only woman in it.
"The tunnel was the beginning. Not the ending."
Victoria Taylor · The Tunnel Framework
The Tunnel Framework moves through seven steps, each one building on the last. You work through them in order. T, U, N, N, E, L, L. The companion guide for each step tells you when you are ready to move forward.
Naming what you have been surviving. For the first time, on the page, honestly.
The silence inventory. Moving what has been held privately toward the page.
Not telling everyone. Moving the truth outward in some direction. Today: the page.
The standards versus survival table. One small specific decision made from your centre.
The body map. The letter to your body. What strength has cost you, named clearly.
Chosen versus installed. The identity audit. The timeline of the tunnel.
Cannot be forced or scheduled. It is what becomes available when the work of the previous six steps has been genuinely done. Some women feel this on the day. Others feel it six months later. Both are correct.
The Tunnel at Home is available at three levels. The framework content is the same across all three. The difference is how much of Victoria comes with you.

The Tunnel at Home is not therapy. It is not a crisis resource. It is not a substitute for clinical support if that is what you need.
It is a structured self-guided experience for the woman who is ready to do the honest work of understanding what she has been carrying and what it would mean to put some of it down.
If you are in crisis, please contact your GP or a crisis service before beginning this programme.
At thirty-two Victoria walked into Lewisham Police Station and said the words she had been carrying for years. What followed was not just healing. It was the realisation that leaving survival is not the same as living.
The Tunnel Framework was built from that understanding. The self-guided courses exist because not every woman can access the live workshop. The work should not be gated behind geography or availability.
Victoria is a CPD Accredited Trauma Specialist and APT Accredited Trauma-Informed Practitioner. The Tunnel Framework is a registered trademark of Mindset + Mastery Ltd.

Who is The Tunnel at Home trauma recovery programme for?
It is for women who are ready to do honest, structured work around what they have been surviving. Women who cannot access the live workshop, or who prefer to work privately, at their own pace. You do not need a diagnosis. You need readiness.
Is The Tunnel at Home therapy?
No. It is a structured self-guided trauma recovery programme, not a clinical or therapeutic service. If you are in active crisis or require clinical support, please speak to your GP before beginning this programme.
Can I complete The Tunnel at Home at my own pace?
Yes. There is no deadline and no one watching your progress. The companion guide for each step tells you when you are ready to move forward. Take as long as you need between steps.
What is included in The Tunnel at Home?
Every tier includes a personal welcome letter from Victoria, the complete participant workbook and seven companion guides, one per step. Higher tiers add nine guided video sessions with Victoria and, at the top level, four quarterly live group sessions each year.
How is The Tunnel at Home different from the live programme?
The live workshop puts you in a room with Victoria and other women. The Tunnel at Home delivers the same seven-step trauma recovery framework privately, with no requirement to share, speak or be anywhere other than wherever you are. The work is the same. The container is different.
Is it suitable for women living with chronic illness?
The programme is designed for women rebuilding after trauma, life-changing adversity or the emotional impact of chronic illness. The self-guided format means you can work in short sessions, rest when you need to and return to the work without penalty.
Choose the path that is right for where you are. All three lead to the same destination.
