The Tunnel Framework Practitioner Licence is a professional certification for coaches, therapists, counsellors and HR professionals who hold existing relevant qualifications and are ready to deliver a trauma-informed methodology built from thirty-two years of lived experience.
Applications are open by expression of interest only. There is no public checkout. There is no instant access. Every application is reviewed personally by Victoria Taylor before a clarity call is offered.
If you are accepted onto the programme the investment is £12,997. That number is not designed to exclude the wrong people. It is designed to attract the right ones.

The Right to Deliver
The legal right to deliver The Tunnel Framework in your professional practice under licence from Victoria Taylor Speaks.
The Facilitator Workbook
The licensed practitioner version of the participant workbook, with facilitator timing notes, intervention prompts and alerts throughout every step.
Four Supervision Sessions
Quarterly group supervision with Victoria each year. Ninety minutes per session. Attendance at a minimum of three sessions per licence year is required for renewal.
The Certification Mark
The right to display the Tunnel Framework Licensed Practitioner certification mark on your website, email signature and professional marketing materials.
All Framework Updates
Access to all updates to the framework and licensed materials as they are released, for the duration of your active licence.
The Practitioner Title
The right to describe yourself as a licensed Tunnel Framework practitioner in your professional communications, using only the permitted language in your marketing assets pack.

This certification is for practitioners who are already qualified, already experienced, and already care.
- You hold a relevant qualification in coaching, therapy, counselling or human resources at diploma level or above

Clarity call with Victoria
If your application is suitable, Victoria will contact you to arrange a thirty minute clarity call. This is a genuine assessment of fit, not a sales conversation. If it is not the right time she will tell you honestly.
Complete the training programme
Eight modules delivered through the private practitioner portal. Sixteen video presentations. You work through them in order and submit a written assessment at the end.
Victoria reviews your assessment
Victoria reads every assessment personally. There is no fail. There is only ready and not yet ready. Sign-off takes up to fourteen working days.
You are licensed
On sign-off, your You Are Licensed course unlocks. Your certification mark, your facilitator workbook, your signed licence agreement and your first supervision session date are all waiting there.
The framework was built because it needed to exist.
Victoria Taylor is a CPD Accredited Trauma Specialist, APT Accredited Trauma-Informed Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, trauma-informed speaker, author and coach based in South London.
The Tunnel Framework was built from thirty-two years of lived experience and refined through professional practice. The practitioner licence exists because Victoria cannot be in every room. But the standard of the framework can.

Who can apply for the Practitioner Licence?
The licence is open to qualified coaches, therapists, counsellors and HR professionals with existing relevant professional qualifications. Applications are reviewed personally by Victoria Taylor. If the programme is not the right fit at this time she will tell you honestly.
What qualifications do I need?
You need an existing professional qualification in coaching, therapy, counselling, HR or a closely related field. Victoria assesses each application individually. The standard is professional readiness, not a specific certificate.
What does the licence include?
The licence includes access to the eight module practitioner training portal, the licensed facilitator workbook, four quarterly supervision sessions with Victoria each year, the Tunnel Framework certification mark, all framework updates for the duration of the licence and the legal right to deliver The Tunnel Framework in your professional practice.
Is this accredited?
The Tunnel Framework® is a trademarked methodology created by Victoria Taylor and registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office. The certification is issued personally by Victoria Taylor and carries the authority of the framework's creator. CPD accreditation is under active consideration.
Can I use The Tunnel Framework in my own practice?
Yes. Once licensed you have the legal right to deliver The Tunnel Framework in workshops and professional settings under licence from Victoria Taylor Speaks. The licence is personal to you and non-transferable. It does not permit you to train others to deliver the framework or to adapt the methodology.
